1. So...when I was first doing List, I wrote a ridiculous comedy list about: "How To Be The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo". It was, again, typical Erik nonsense.
  2. Of the billions of people that kind of ignored the list, @biz was the only one that commented. I friended her. She friended me back.
  3. What I noticed about her was the fact that she had a full profile pic. I don't have one myself, mainly because I think I am hideously ugly, but I was impressed that she was brave enough to do that.
  4. What I also noted from reading her earlier lists was that she was still working through a bitter divorce. She had some spunk in her eyes, but they seemed very sad to me.
  5. Anyway, despite her political views on some major hot-button topics (I enjoy a spirited opinion, but she had some very odd ideas about abortion), she made me laugh. She was a cool person that I wish I had met in real life.
  6. Having read that she may (and I'm sorry to say so, but having no actual way to confirm it makes this list nearly impossible to write) have committed suicide makes me very sad.
  7. What I last read of her lists, she was very upset that her ex-husband was dating. Was this a catalyst for something? I have no idea.
  8. However, I will say the following about my friend @biz:
  9. She was a gifted writer.
  10. She had an interesting smile.
  11. She was very funny.
  12. Whatever happened to her is a shame, and I sincerely hope that it's not true and she is just really busy or on vacation right now.
  13. She will be missed by a very, very large community here on this platform.
  14. To the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. Cheers to a life.
