Starting a helpful list to identify what sets off my migraines! Think I've got a pretty good start!
  1. It's Monday
  2. It's Tuesday
  3. It's Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or possibly Sunday
  4. There was any sort of atmospheric pressure change, at all
  5. I ate or drank a thing
  6. I took too much migraine medicine, which triggered additional migraines
  7. I'm a woman
