Oh things I do to fool myself into doing stuff I don't want, but need to do
  1. Flossing and brushing teeth almost right after dinner (because dentists say to wait at least 30 min) - prevents late night snacking because there is no fucking way I am doing that bedtime routing twice the same night!
  2. Telling myself I will meditate for 3 minutes, and then every time getting sucked in for at least 15. I never learn...
  3. Using forest app to avoid using phone before bed, and while hanging out with friends. Because I love games too much and hate losing!
