HOW TO STAY HYDRATED
I take hydration very seriously.
- 1.Step 1: purchase a 2L water bottle
- 2.Step 2: drink water 24 hours a day, 7 days a weekNote: do NOT put down your water bottle for any reason at any time or you will be in a major situation
- 3.Step 3: refer to your mood/state as "dehydration station" or "dehydration nation" when people ask how you are
- 4.Step 4: wake up every hour in your sleep to drink a bottle of water
- 5.Step 5: trust the process
