I take hydration very seriously.

    Step 1: purchase a 2L water bottle

    Step 2: drink water 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
    Note: do NOT put down your water bottle for any reason at any time or you will be in a major situation

    Step 3: refer to your mood/state as "dehydration station" or "dehydration nation" when people ask how you are
  4. 4.
    Step 4: wake up every hour in your sleep to drink a bottle of water
  5. 5.
    Step 5: trust the process
