    Victoria (PBS)
I'm obsessed with British monarch shit. Always.

    Despite the Falling Snow
I continue to love Rebecca Ferguson. Also I need to dig into more media about time in the USSR, so interesting and I know so little about it...
  4. β€’
    The Red Tent
Rebecca Ferguson. And I'm usually all ears on speculation around biblical stories.

Perhaps what Her was trying to be? I can't be sure, because I never saw it. I did however see this AND loved it. Look for a Cameron Esposito cameo!

    Good Kids
Reminiscent of 90s teenage romp comedies. So obviously from the people who made America Pie but very much 2016.
  7. β€’
    Big Little Lies
I need to look up the music supervisor. The selection always suits this the mood and dominates my Shazam.
  8. β€’
Super familiar with Pete's story from You Made It Weird podcast, so it's fun to see it all play out in visual form

    Get Out
The discomfort captured by the film, while you are in the theater, is so good at capturing the discomfort many feel as a black face in majority white spaces. Thank you Jordan Peele πŸ™ŒπŸΎ ... and he did in such a creative way that would draw people in without the defensiveness that often comes up in the start of related conversations. πŸ‘πŸΎ

    Hidden Figures
Important and enjoyable. Black stories can also make money too Hollywood πŸ˜‰

Came back to this. It used the to be the glossy quick wit that was comfort food, this year its become grounded and the characters' struggle has been interesting to follow too. It has also been great to see how other small cable shows play with characters in the grey. None are all good or all bad, making all good choices or all bad ones.

    Young & Hungry
Silly fun. Emily Osment is a joy πŸ€—
  13. β€’
    The Scandalous Lady W
Unexpected. But Natalie Dormer is entrancing. Happy to have seen it. Love a historical scandal.
  14. β€’
Always on point. Hilarious πŸ˜‚ Deion is the best.

    Life in Pieces
A gem of show. A sitcom with 4 short stories in each episode.

    Lip Sync Battle
I binge this every few months like clockwork. I love a good lip sync AND I LOVE LL Cool J's reactions in the background of the performances πŸ˜‚ he cracks me up. I'm also in love with Chrissy Teigan. Duh. #TwitterQueen #Teiganistherealness

    Master of Non. (Season 2)
Begins with Dev in Italy. Which is classic Aziz. But it continues with the themes of trying to figure out life and love. Continuing to enjoy! β€” [Update] yes this whole season was TERRIFIC. I love Aziz's story telling throughout.
