1. looking at old pictures of urself when ur already feeling bad about urself
    seeing what I used to look like and people i used to be friends with makes me really sad
  2. eating spicy food with anything hot or carbonated
    i ate some spicy Cheetos and drank a lot of coke now i have hella heartburn
  3. procrastinating anything
    i mean im still gonna do it, but i don't recommend it
