1. im so proud of myself
  2. i could still improve in several aspects of my thinking and behavior
  3. but, these appointments provided me with different methods of coping and skills related to taking care of my mental health
  4. i am beyond grateful for my counselor, who was very kind and made me feel cared about
  5. i took a quiz during our first session in February and took it again today
  6. and i have shown improvement in every area of my mental health
  7. i still have room to improve
  8. but, im incredibly proud of myself for getting the help i needed
  9. things are getting better.😊
