8 STEP PLAN TO AVOID A HANGOVER

    Eat a greasy meal before you drink to line the stomach.
  2. 2.
    Drink a glass of water for every drink you have.
  3. 3.
    As soon as you wake up hydrate yourself with liquids, like water Gatorade or even the magic coconut water.
  4. 4.
    Eat a banana to replace the electrolytes you lost the night before.
  5. 5.
    Go out to breakfast and order a tomato juice sprinkled with salt (NOT a bloody Mary). And, don’t irritate your stomach with things like citrus drinks.
  6. 6.
    Order some eggs over easy or soft boiled (they are supposedly the easiest to digest).
  7. 7.
    Order a chicken noodle soup to go.
  8. 8.
    Grab a sports drink on the way home.
