1. Eat a greasy meal before you drink to line the stomach.
  2. Drink a glass of water for every drink you have.
  3. As soon as you wake up hydrate yourself with liquids, like water Gatorade or even the magic coconut water.
  4. Eat a banana to replace the electrolytes you lost the night before.
  5. Go out to breakfast and order a tomato juice sprinkled with salt (NOT a bloody Mary). And, don’t irritate your stomach with things like citrus drinks.
  6. Order some eggs over easy or soft boiled (they are supposedly the easiest to digest).
  7. Order a chicken noodle soup to go.
  8. Grab a sports drink on the way home.
