  1. Roasted with brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon

    Preheat the oven to 375. Split a squash in half, lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds (rinse them and roast them separately). Poke the flesh all over with the tines of a fork. Top the flesh with dots of butter or coconut oil, brown sugar, a few dashes of cinnamon and a touch of salt and pepper. Roast for 45 minutes or until very tender. Serve with a spoon for scooping. This is one of my favorite @ouizoid dishes.
