Per @MirandaBerman's request. When you and that special someone are ready to get fishy together, make this. Serve on toast, over greens, in endive, or straight out of the bowl with lots of pepper.
  1. Gather ingredients.
    2 7-ounce cans flaked white tuna (packed in water), drained, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste), 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning (or to taste), 1/4 cup chopped celery, 1/4 teaspoon dried or fresh dill, 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1 green onion, finely chopped, fresh ground black pepper (to taste), and a few dashes of Tabasco (or other hot sauce)
  2. Mix them together, gently but thoroughly in a bowl.

    Use a scraper spatula to make sure each bite has a little of everything.
  3. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or as long as 8 hours/overnight).

    This encourages the flavors to meld and helps achieve deli-qualify results.
  4. Feed it to each other!
