1. Jurassic Park
I'm not joking when I say that one of my earliest memories was watching someone get eaten by a T-Rex. My big sister was (and still is) obsessed with this movie. She used to watch it at least 3 times a week.
  2. Titanic
I was probably like 4 years old. I did not know what they were doing in the back of that car.
  3. Die Hard
I was like 8 or 9 years old and I LOVED it.
  4. Pay It Forward
I watched this when I was like 8 because it was on TV, and the scene where Haley Joel Osment gets stabbed scarred me for so long

  5. Fugitive
I saw it when I was 7 with my parents and it scared me. The murder in the opening scenes gave me nightmares.

  6. Clueless
I wasn't quite 8 when this movie came out, and it is not a movie meant for children. A lot of it went over my head, but still...not a kids movie.

  7. The Shining
I think i was 12. Mom was a big Stephen King fan and recommended it to me. She did the same thing with "It" a few months later.

  13. The perfect storm
Young enough to be convinced it was going to work out alright until the very end. Devastated when my dad told me it was a true story

  14. Animal House
I was like 9 years old and my brother wanted to watch it. My parents had no idea.

  15. Cape Fear
I was probably 12 or so. My best friend's mom let us watch but fast forwarded through what she thought were the worst parts. It didn't matter; I was disturbed by the parts she did let us see.

  16. History of the World Part 1
I saw it again years later and was blown away by all the jokes that (thankfully) went completely over my head. No 9-year old should see this movie.

  17. Blade Runner
Double Feature with Glory. I fell asleep halfway through Blade Runner and woke up halfway through Glory. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
