REMEMBER...

Rough day, had to remind myself of a few things
  1. My body is strong
    Sub 10 minute miles are not nearly as important as my strength and overall health
  2. It's okay to have opinions
    Who wants to be the kind of person who doesn't care about anything, anyway?
  3. My job title is not who I am
    I will not be defined by occupation
  4. You don't have to give in to seasonal depression
    Get out of bed, live your life, you'll feel better
