THINGS I REFUSE TO GIVE UP

I've started making healthier choices, but their are some things I'm not willing to change.
  1. Carbs
    Bread is a gift from God.
  2. Ice cream
    It's my favorite food.
  3. Sleep
    No early morning workouts for me.
  4. Coke
    I limit my intake, but don't plan on ever telling it goodbye.
