  5. At 11 pm decide you need a new hobby and try to learn an entirely new skill you are not suited for.
  6. Think about the most embarrassing moments of your life
  7. Supplements
    Mainly caffeine and sugar
  8. Put off something at work/school and remember it the night before
  9. Start reading an interesting book
  10. Repeat daily
