    jones sausage patty, sunny side up egg, white american cheese on a lightly toasted english muffin
  2. real breakfast
    oatmeal with brown sugar, three lightly scrambled eggs with salt, toast with grape jelly or butter, sausage patties, peanut butter pancakes/challah french toast, an apple juice, and a hot cocoa/chocolate milk
  3. smoothie
    apple juice, peach yogurt, raspberries, strawberries, peaches/mangoes, half a banana
  4. sandwich
    american cheese and boar's head honey maple roasted turkey on honey wheat bread, smooshed
  5. dessert
    anything as long as it doesn't have fruit in it. exceptions include key lime pie and lemon tarts.
  6. pizza
    homemade english muffin pizzas with ragu sauce and shredded mozzerella, 20 minutes at 350 in the toaster oven
  7. pasta
    parpadele with butter and salt or spaghetti with turkey meatballs and cold ragu
  8. snack
    buttered popcorn or cookies and milk
  9. stir fry
    chicken, broccoli, and spinach cooked in garlic, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sauce, over a bed of steamed white rice
  10. steak
    medium rare on the rare side, ketchup
  11. sushi order
    shrimp tempura and plain udon noodles. if at decatur's sushi avenue, a virgin peach sour.
  12. meltdown
    no bra grumpy tears call my mom fall asleep for five hours
  13. shower
    boiling hot with music, inappropriately long
