1. Have the most efficient sleep possible.
    I've downloaded apps. With an s. Im being totally unrealistic and trying to get down to 4 hours of sleep in a 24 period with +80% efficiency.
  2. Journaling.
    I'm currently running two journals (one long form big ideas and one day to day/poetic) and one tiny notebook for mundane to do lists.
  3. Politely, but firmly correcting people when they mispronounce my name.
    It happens super often, and until about three months ago I would just let people learn my name wrong not to have to feel disagreeable in public. My mother hates that I do this and now I do too.
  4. Changing my last name.
    I don't want to be Dr. Currentlastname.
  5. Cooking more.
    I would like to have more of a hand in what I put in my body.
