Sometimes when feeling especially unappealing, it helps to remind yourself of times where you've felt beautiful and infinite.
  1. holding a bouquet of flowers
  2. when I am in a naturally occurring body of water (esp under a waterfall)
  3. cutting fruit
  4. walking down city streets after a long day of exploring and buying books
  5. sitting in the grass
  6. holding a baby/small animal
  7. making a meal to share with loved ones
  8. after a long day of working outside- sweaty, dirty, fulfilled.
