THINGS I DID AFTER I WOKE UP ANXIOUS THIS MORNING
Sometimes it happens.
- 1.Watched the rain from under my blanket for a while.
- 2.Got myself some water
- 3.Remembered I had chia pudding in the fridge and got very excited.
- 4.Crawled back into bed after eating said chia pudding
- 5.Watched a video of Jared Padalecki doing pull-upsSeveral times. Highly recommend.
- 6.Sometimes self-care means yoga and mediation, sometimes it means boxing or going for a run, sometimes it's writing in a coffee shop, and sometimes it's this. Whatever helps you feel better.
