Sometimes it happens.
  1. Watched the rain from under my blanket for a while.
  2. Got myself some water
  3. Remembered I had chia pudding in the fridge and got very excited.
  4. Crawled back into bed after eating said chia pudding
  5. Watched a video of Jared Padalecki doing pull-ups
    Several times. Highly recommend.
  6. Sometimes self-care means yoga and mediation, sometimes it means boxing or going for a run, sometimes it's writing in a coffee shop, and sometimes it's this. Whatever helps you feel better.
