THINGS I DID AFTER I WOKE UP ANXIOUS THIS MORNING
Sometimes it happens.
- •Watched the rain from under my blanket for a while.
- •Got myself some water
- •Remembered I had chia pudding in the fridge and got very excited.
- •Crawled back into bed after eating said chia pudding
- •Watched a video of Jared Padalecki doing pull-upsSeveral times. Highly recommend.
- •Sometimes self-care means yoga and mediation, sometimes it means boxing or going for a run, sometimes it's writing in a coffee shop, and sometimes it's this. Whatever helps you feel better.
