1. Take deep breaths
    When you feel an anxiety attack about to happen, concentrate on your breathing. Breath in through your nose and out slowly through your mouth. Allow your heart rate to calm.
  2. Close your eyes
    For me, it helps to close my eyes and invision something that makes me happy. Something that makes me find my zen place. Whatever makes you not think about what you are stressing over, think of that.
  3. Let it out
    Keeping your anxiety to yourself can cause you more of it. Vent to a friend, a parent, someone you know you can confide in. Through this you can find more ways of finding more control and strength over it.
