MY VERSIONS OF THERAPY

  1. Going to the local bookstore and petting the two cats that live there
  2. Driving around aimlessly and listening to music for upwards of an hour and a half
  3. Sitting on a friend's bed drinking beer and not talking about what's happening with me
  4. Reading a favorite book and feeling like I'm finally going home
  5. Walking around CVS and pretending I'm at the CVS in my hometown
  6. Any episode of Parks and Rec
  7. Actual therapy which I started a month ago and is already greatly helping me
