I've tried a couple of times to muster up the courage to submit a list but I usually never follow through. Here's why:
  1. No one will see it!
Honestly, it's kind of off-putting to think I could craft a phenomenal list only to have it fall into the realms of obscurity. When people develop theories or take on social issues, people listening and responding are the most fundamental reasons.
  2. I'm not nearly as funny as some people on here.
B.J. Novak developed this app. Dude is funny. John Mayer frequently posts on here. Again, funny and talented dude. I can't hang with that!
  3. I don't have statistical insight.
Good lists teach you about things you might be interested in. For example, I just read a list about how much exercise it would take to burn off Easter candy. Brilliant! I can't compete!
  4. I'm not BuzzFeed
As much as I think I am, I'm just not.
