    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream ½ lb softened margarine, ¾ c sugar and ¾ c packed brown sugar. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp vanilla Mix 1¼ c GF flour, 1 tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt then add to creamed items. Gently mix in 3 c GF quick oats and 1 11oz package butterscotch chips. Scoop balls onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
