1. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
I'm late to the game and had even read spoilers prior to reading because I couldn't stand not knowing the twist, but still couldn't put it down.
  2. Bread & Wine by Shauna Niequist
An inspiring spiritual read with different vignettes from the author's life centered around good food and community. It made me want to have frequent, meaningful dinner parties. Bonus: Tons of great recipes throughout.
  3. Mindfulness: An Eight-Week Plan for Finding Peace in a Frantic World by Mark Williams & Danny Penman
I read this for work to learn more techniques to incorporate into my practice (and my life!). I will definitely recommend it to clients and friends.
