    Stop checking my phone every few minutes. It's okay to miss something or not be first
  2. Doubt
    When it starts to take over, go find something to do to distract from it instead of letting it take control
  3. Respect
    Think before speaking. I can't know everything, but my words can hurt someone going through something I don't know about, so be careful when speaking.
  4. Love
    Just do it 'cause everyone needs to be loved.
  5. Dream
    Don't be afraid to think big, but don't live in a fantasy either.
