    OK not going to happen (never mind... it happened) but if he were to focus solely on Twitter it would be good for the company. Has vision for the product and proven ability to execute and would be a founder CEO.

    Former president of Microsoft Windows who took over after Vista and led the team that built Windows 7, which people generally like. Actively tweets as @stevesi.
  3. Scott Forstall
    Led the original development of iOS—a superb software engineering feat to this day. Apparently has an eye for identifying key talent, which could help Twitter's engineering team. Also could really help Android if Google were to purchase Twitter.
