My first weekend cooking with duck fat

  1. Fries were good.. Kind of missed the olive oil flavor - B-
  2. Tortillas had more flavor than any bread I've ever made but we're still more floury than I like - A
  3. Biscuits I made as drop biscuits and they were good maybe a little saltier than usual. Was that due to the duck fat? -B
  4. Fried egg was fine with olive oil or bacon grease but solid with the duck fat -A
  5. Crawfish Ettouffee was off the fucking charts! - A+
