1. Being still
    Just sitting and listening and feeling-not thinking or worrying. Just letting go and letting myself have more sincere conversations with God.
  2. Yoga
    I love it and I love that I'm loving it more and more. I want to do more of it because it makes me feel like I've conquered something inside of me.
  3. Write
    I'm so afraid to write, to let myself be a writer. I've dreamt of it but have never let it manifest into my reality. Tomorrow I'm buying a black moleskin and telling my fears to shut up.
