i just discovered that my parents own a nutribullet.
  1. 1 scoop of optimum nutrition performance whey, chocolate
  2. 1 cup of tropical blend frozen fruits
  3. 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  4. 1 cup baby kale
  5. 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt
  6. 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  7. it's delicious and 498 calories, so great for a meal replacement!
