Heya @katymayhudson - not sure if you wanted this to be a natural list, but since I avoid medicine until the last possible moment, I'll keep it DIY
  1. Believe it or not - salt. Try chopping an apple and sprinkling it with salt and eat it.
  2. Try getting a head massage with diluted peppermint oil or Rosemary oil with added menthol. Should feel soothing
  3. Ginger or cinnamon tea
  4. Dry roast caraway seeds and tie them in a muslin. Sniff it for relief.
