I am a little ashamed to admit some of these. I apologize for #1, which I will probably start watching this weekend.
  1. Mad Men
I think I'm over white dude anti heroes.
  2. Breaking Bad
I'm really tired of white dude anti heroes.
  3. Gotham
My brother likes it and recommended it, so I'm considering it. But I've heard that it's not so great from critics, so probably not. My brother still hasn't watched Doctor Who, so I don't feel bad.
  4. The Wire
I know I should watch it, but I'm never in the mood for something so grimdark.
  5. Fargo
I watched the finale of the second season with my uncle and I really liked it. But since I know how that ends, I don't feel a sense of urgency with this one.
  6. Luther
I kind of feel guilty for not ranking this higher. Eventually, Idris. Eventually.
  7. Bloodline
Is Kyle Chandler enough is a reason to watch this? It's not going anywhere, so I feel like it can take a backseat.
  8. Unreal
I really wanted to watch it after the first season, but I heard season 2 was a disappointment.
  9. Bunheads
This sounds like a fun show I would enjoy, but it loses rank for not being IMPORTANT TV. I am saving this one for a stay-home-sick day.
  10. Shameless
I think my interest in this show has faded it stays on the list just in case.
  11. Battlestar Galactica
I do love sci fi, and have heard only good things about this show. And yet I can't seem to get excited about it.
  12. Orphan Black
Do I really need to watch it if I already know that Tatiana Maslany is amazing? Or is it really that awe-inspiring to watch her in action?
  13. Playing House
I feel like I would really love this show. But it's not on Netflix.
  14. Orange Is The New Black
I feel like the time has passed on this one? Like, it's faded a bit from the forefront of pop culture and people no longer respond with shock when I say I've never seen it. But I keep it on the list because I feel like I should.
  15. Deadwood
This one has been on the list for a long time. It goes up and down in priority, depending on how recently I've seen a picture of Timothy Olyphant in a cowboy hat.
  16. Twin Peaks
I have never enjoyed a singleDavid Lynch film, but this is iconic for a reason. I feel like I should at least try.
  17. The Fall
Gillian Anderson. I'm hesitant because I have very few other reasons to watch a serial killer show. But isn't she reason enough?
  18. You're The Worst
The only thing keeping me from watching this is that it's not on Netflix.
  19. Ugly Betty
This election has renewed my love of America Ferrera, once thought lost to the days of The Sisterhood of the Traveling pants.
  20. Everwood
Just read Entertainment Weekly's oral history of this show and now I really want to watch it. I love a good teen/family drama (see: my love of Gilmore Girls, The O.C., Dawson's Creek).
  21. Wynonna Earp
This basically sounds like Western Buffy. The only thing keeping me from watching this right now is that it's not on Netflix.
  22. Six Feet Under
Now that I (my parents) have HBONow I have no reason for it watching a show I have always been interested in.
  23. Angel
I have see every other Joss Whedon show, so I'm not sure why I haven't seen this already.
  24. Peaky Blinders
This comes highly recommended by a friend AND it has Cillian Murphy AND it's on Netflix.
  25. The Originals
The Vampire Diaries is my #1 trash show, so I will continue to ride this trash train with this spinoff. Sexy vampires and werewolves are my weakness. 🗑
