  1. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
    This started out as a simple activity. Soon enough the hooks were sunk in and I often find myself daydreaming, not about my career ambitions, but how I can effectively choke out strangers and co workers alike.
  2. Cold Brew Coffee
    A recent indulgence, I am that guy, as well as my wife, who can be found cupping whole beans and forcing their aroma into my nostrils; discarding those beans and moving on to the next batch. After the grind, I stare at the beans on the drive home, upon arrival I break out the necessary instruments for brewing, then 12 hours pass. I wake up like it is Christmas day and pull the plug on the Toddy and indulge.
  3. Daily Breathing Exercises
    Slow and methodical breathes. Only for about 3 or 4 minutes to clear my morning brain fog.
