If you're on a diet and trying to make the most of the things you are putting into your body, you have to find creative ways to make "nutritious" or low-calorie things taste better so you can almost forget that you are on a diet. Here are some things I have put on rice cakes to try to make them nit taste like Styrofoam.
  1. Mustard
  2. Soy sauce
  3. BBQ sauce
    One of the better options
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Hot sauce of choice
    Siracha, Taco Bell's fire sauce, Frank's Red Hot...
  6. If you are willing to add a few other calories, cheese and sandwich meat are good options.
