  1. Solo dance parties
    (Attempting) to twerk in front of my mirror while listening to Beyoncé really brightens my day
  2. Running
    Once your body is in that much pain everything else sort of fades away
  3. Sex
    This is probably the most unhealthy one but it is definitely distracting
  4. Drinking coffee
    This actually increases anxiety but caffeine makes the world seem brighter
  5. Laying on the floor and screaming
