- •Give in to a couple of huge morning farts.
- •Keep your eyes closed during that first AM pee.
- •Have sex with the person in bed next to you. If no one is there, have sex with yourself.
- •Check the calendar on your phone then rationalize why everything today is not urgent and close the app and close your eyes
- •Hit snooze for time #20
