What I'm cooking this weekend. 5/20/16
- •Risotto with lemon and asparagus. Grilled shrimp.
- •Bucatini (or maybe penne) alla Norma
- •Zatar chickpeas for snacking
- •Avocado potato salad with scallions and herbs and maybe an egg
- •Quinoa with roast veggies and fresh herbs.
- •Corn and black bean salad with red pepper, onion, cilantro and lime.
- •Poached chicken breasts. (Trying a new technique. Cold start)
