What I'm cooking this weekend. 5/20/16

  1. Risotto with lemon and asparagus. Grilled shrimp.
  2. Bucatini (or maybe penne) alla Norma
  3. Zatar chickpeas for snacking
  4. Avocado potato salad with scallions and herbs and maybe an egg
  5. Quinoa with roast veggies and fresh herbs.
  6. Corn and black bean salad with red pepper, onion, cilantro and lime.
  7. Poached chicken breasts. (Trying a new technique. Cold start)
