1. Yoga
    I've been doing it for a year. It's the first workout I've ever truly craved. I'm at the point where I need it to feel normal. That being said, the whole "yoga culture" makes me uncomfortable. As soon as class ends, I bolt like a bat out of hell.
  2. Keep a gratitude journal
    Every morning, I write down three things I'm grateful for, whether large (my family) or small (a new Trader Joe's discovery). I use it as a moment of zen. But I get annoyed at the whole #AttitudeOfGratitude thing. I think it's smug and an excuse to humble brag.
