Inspired by @cvlop61 usually I play "holiday weekend" every weekend in the summer and just make salads in bulk and grill a bunch of stuff at once so I don't have to cook for a few days.
  1. Panzanella
    I always make mine with garlic bread croutons so the bread doesn't get soggy and also because garlic.
  2. Edamame with Craisins and Feta
    I think Trader Joe's makes a salad like this, but with goat cheese. I hate goat cheese though.
  3. Fruit salad with Mint Syrup
    White peaches and nectarines, red grapes, cherries, mango, mint syrup. This is basically a "clean out the fridge" exercise.
