THINGS THAT ARE HAZARDOUS TO MY HEALTH BUT I DO ANYWAY ☢☣

Inspired by @ListPrompts WOW THIS LIST IS SO WEIRD BC I WAS TRYIN TO SOUND FUNNY/QUIRKY BUT THESE THINGS ARE ALL LEGITIMATE PROBLEMS
  1. not sleeping
    whatever I'll do it when I'm dead. I have a Batman/werewolf/etc sleep schedule rn bc I'm on break. I have not slept so that I didn't have to be present before, though, and that's when it gets fucked up.
  2. eating dairy
    literally messes my shit up lolz get it???? My dad didn't get me lactaid pills when I was younger bc he said being lactose intolerant "builds character"
  3. consuming caffeine
    you guys know kind of ie COFFEE CRANKIN but not fully bc I don't have to talk to you in person. I actually don't do it often bc I know how it can get me
  4. being real deep into list app
    I cannot maintain this level of addiction/output when I go back to school
