On a good day, this is what it looks like.
  1. Wake up at 6:00 AM every morning (even weekends)
  2. Check social media.. No Bueno 😳
  3. Make my bed
  4. Brush my teeth + wash my face
  5. Chug 20 oz of water
  6. Take vitamins: probiotic//multi vitamin// omega 3 fish oil// biotin
  7. Drink my coffee + set an intention for the day (Grid Diary App)
  8. Read daily devotion & meditate
  9. Brush my teeth again (coffee stain prevention)
  10. Fasted workout while listening to podcasts
  11. Have breakfast (oatmeal and fruit//egg scramble// green smoothie)
  12. Blast music & get ready for work
