HOW AN EGG AND CHEESE SANDWICH SHOULD BE

Am I just too picky? Basic requirements for one of my all time favorite food items.
  1. Bread (or bagel or roll or croissant) should be toasted or otherwise warmed
  2. DEFINITELY no mayo
  3. Cheese should be MELTED at least partially
  4. It should cost WELL under $7
  5. It should be ready within 3 minutes of ordering
  6. Please don't use those powdered eggs or microwaveable yellow eggy discs
