Breakfast is my favourite meal and even though I mix it up, I definitely have some common themes in my regular rotation.
  1. Savory oatmeal with egg and chili sauce.
  2. Messy egg with potatoes and greens.
  3. Apple pie oatmeal with stewed apples and pecans.
  4. Pancakes and salad. Just like the fancy brunch places!
  5. I found some tasty vegan yogurt, so I've been enjoying it with fruit and chia seeds and nut butter.
  6. Not coffee or chocolate (my body does not like either of those things) but a superfood blend of carob and maca and ashwagandha and almond milk.
  7. I can't let a breakfast list go by without including a green smoothie! This one has celery and lemon and apple and kale.
