Breakfast is my favourite meal and even though I mix it up, I definitely have some common themes in my regular rotation.
- •Savory oatmeal with egg and chili sauce.
- •Messy egg with potatoes and greens.
- •Apple pie oatmeal with stewed apples and pecans.
- •Pancakes and salad. Just like the fancy brunch places!
- •I found some tasty vegan yogurt, so I've been enjoying it with fruit and chia seeds and nut butter.
- •Not coffee or chocolate (my body does not like either of those things) but a superfood blend of carob and maca and ashwagandha and almond milk.
- •I can't let a breakfast list go by without including a green smoothie! This one has celery and lemon and apple and kale.
