1. Yoga and I celebrate our 20 year anniversary this year. I know, commitment!
  2. The thing is we have a very open relationship and I stray from time to time.
  3. Last year I strayed. Not too far away from my dear yoga, but far enough to notice its absence.
  4. Last night I saw a photo in my twitter media that reminded me of how much I love it.
  5. Today I was reminded how much I need it.
  6. I'm sorting through some pretty heavy life stuff at the moment and on top of that running my Airbnb and trying to achieve an HD grade average. Sometimes I leave the house with tears welling and that frog in my throat that I push wayyyyy down in order to get by.
  7. I made the commitment after seeing that photo to attend class at the uni gym.
  8. I went today and it was precisely what I needed.
  9. I know it's no miracle cure to the things I am working through/on and I cannot explain with science how it does what it does.
  10. I just know that without it, I probably would have walked out of my Stats class perpetuating another problem. All I did was 45 minutes of phone-free salutations.
