MY BRUNCH, COMPONENTS LIST

Wanting something healthy and desiring something filthy, I created this .. and it was so tasty!
  1. Hash browns
    I used frozen packet hash browns which I cooked on the stove to get crispy.
  2. Guacamole
    Which I made from scratch. Took two seconds and was healthy AF.
  3. A fried egg
    I normally always have poached, but the egg was a last minute addition.
  4. Tabasco
    This was for complexity! 😂 ...truth, I was going to add sweet chili sauce and then changed to Tabasco!
  5. ..et voilà
