Recommendations for Three Days in London? ➕➕

I'm in London through Sunday and have no idea what to do. Here are some things I want to find:
  1. ❓Best fancy/ladylike/British afternoon tea.
Doesn't necessarily need to be the fanciest out there, just the most delightful.
  2. ❓Any other food I should know about
Kinds of food I like: all.
  3. ❓Narrow down which museum to see. Too many good looking ones.
V&A? Tate? British? I only have so many hours in a day.
  4. ❓Best neighborhoods/shopping streets
  5. ❓Other quintessential things to do?
