Practicing Self-Love.

  1. I am grateful for my ability to see/create light in amongst darkness
  2. I am grateful for my can-do optimism.
  3. I am grateful that I have curiosity and skepticism to keep me away from cynicism.
  4. I am grateful for my ability to push my boundaries as scary as that can be sometimes.
  5. I am grateful for my inner wisdom that tells me when it's time to protect my heart, and or make a plan.
  6. I am grateful for my vanity.
  7. I am grateful for my authentic tender heart and my relentless ambitious mind.
    never a dull moment!
  8. I am grateful for my ability to connect with some of the most caring and genuine people to ever walk this Earth.
  9. I am grateful for my intuitive strengths and my trickster trust that offers me the ability to connect genuinely with strangers.
    ...who become friends, some of which are in the inner circle and of whom I've never met.
  10. I am grateful to share the ride with my ego but to not let it be behind the wheel.
  11. I am grateful for my sense of play, and my ability to compartmentalise my pain.
  12. I am grateful for my analytical mind that helps me solve quandaries and on some occasions, problems!
  13. I am grateful for my self-worth.
  14. I am grateful that I am not afraid to be vulnerable and to be better, do better, give myself what it wants and needs.
  15. I am grateful for my smile.
    I notice when it's gone.
  16. And I guess, finally, I'm grateful that I'm not afraid to post an in the moment, unfiltered, no make-up, mentally and emotionally exhausted (half-face) selfie to help practice self(ie) love!
