BOOKS THAT I'VE READ THIS YEAR, SO FAR

And I'm not going to lie, I didn't enjoy them all. I shall rate them out of 5. 1 being the shittest, obviously.
  1. Are you there, Chelsea? It's me, Vodka - Chelsea Handler
4/5 this was my first intro to Chelsea. And I cracked up all the way through.
  2. Paper Towns - John Green
2/5 I think I loved the fault in the stars so much because it was the first book of his that I'd read
  3. The Sex Lives of Siamese Twins - Irvine Welsh
5/5 best. Book. Couldn't put it down. FYI there is no sex between Siamese twins.
  4. Looking for Alaska - John Green
2/5 should just call this Alaska Towns or Paper Alaska. Shit.
  5. Sharp Objects - Gillian Flynn
Pretty awesome and creepy book! 4/5
  6. Girl On The Train - Paula Hawkins
4/5 had to keep reading without putting this down.
  7. The Anti-Cool Girl - Rosie Waterland
1/5 what a pile of shit. It's like she read a Chelsea handler book and tried to replicate the style of humour while magnifying her own sad and traumatic past and tried to write about it in a casual and funny way.
  8. Reality Boy - A.S King
2/5 meh. I always forget I read this book, that says it all.
  9. Remembering The Time: protecting Michael Jackson - Bill Whitfield and Javon Beard
3/5 this had some good stuff and then it was just a giant whinge. In hindsight I'm annoyed because there was supposed to be a third author and he pulled out because it started to get too dishonest for his liking. Hence I don't know if any of this book is factual like the claims or if it was yet another attempt at making money of MJs death. 💩💩💩💩🖕🏼
  10. Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang - Chelsea Handler
5/5 funniest Chelsea handler book to date.
  11. Tease - Amanda Maciel
3/5 coming of age book about an asshole teen who drove a school mate to suicide.
  12. The Kind Worth Killing - Peter Swanson
3/5 Girl on Train type thriller.
  13. I Swear - Lane Davis
Another bunch of asshole teens driving a girl to suicide. 3/5
  14. Scars - Cheryl Rainfield
3/5 easy read. Trigger warning for some tho.
  15. Uganda Be Kidding Me - Chelsea Handler
3/5 this was good but the others were GREAT.
