Things I Will Change at Work in 2016

  1. I won't acquiesce to my manager when I am sure (and have support) about something important for the team
  2. Ensure we will have more think time to sort out how we are doing things and aligning the leads before springing into action so we don't whip lash the team. Need to address feedback that leads aren't aligned that the team doesn't know what success looks like for what we are asking. Give ourselves time to figure out what questions we have
  3. I will drive us to have more focus. Not just the do list but the don't do list
  4. We have to stop burning out the leads and trust some people to take on secondary leadership roles that will enable us to scale
