HOW TO BEAT THE BLUES

Because we all feel sad from time-to-time
  1. Take yourself on a date
    Bonus points if you dress up and drink alcohol
  2. Give in to your most sloth-like tendencies, but limit to one day
    Maximum one day
  3. Dress your dog up like a hot dog
  4. Make plans with friends who are fun, inspiring, and won't ask too many questions
  5. Call a mentor-like figure
    They always have perils of wisdom.
  6. Exercise
    Those endorphins really do work, and you'll be in such disbelief that you're actually working out by choice that you'll forget about whatever ails you!
  7. Just take each day as it comes. It's not always going to be like this.
