HOW TO HANDLE A MORNING MIGRAINE

  1. Wake up in seething pain and wonder what you did to deserve this
  2. Take two excedrins with a full glass of water
  3. Lay back down and pretend to be upset that you won't have time to work out
  4. After 5 mins of no pain reduction, complain about your migraine on twitter
  5. Try to sleep
  6. Go into the extra bedroom and put a blanket over your head
  7. Eat some chocolate because you read somewhere that chocolate helps headaches (and you already skipped your workout, may as well go crazy at this point)
  8. Cancel your therapy appointment because the idea of putting on real clothes is making your headache worse
  9. Meditate
  10. Realize that your migraine will probably go away once you put down your phone.
