  1. Sam-E
    Helps with joint pain and mood swings, which are two of my biggest enemies.
  2. Daily multi-vitamin
    Self-explanatory
  3. Calcium
    Because my grandma's bones are brittle and I don't drink enough milk
  4. Vitamin C
    Self-explanatory
  5. Magnesium-oxide
    A new one to the collection. Doc recommended it for migraines. We'll see how it goes.
  6. Fish oil
    I don't need to go over the benefits, right?
  7. Digestive Enzymes
    I usually take one after lunch to help with any digestive stuff that may come up. Thanks Josh Friedman for showing me the magic of enzymes.
  8. Rose Hips
    Also a post-lunch supplement. They improve my mood.
  9. Isomer-E
    Taken post-dinner. My skin has never looked better.
  10. Probiotics
    One before bed and I wake up with a happy tummy. Another Friedman lesson. They have also helped my allergies immensely.
  11. Riboflavin (vitamin B-2)
    This is another new one that's supposed to aid migraines.
